We are looking for an extremely energetic, passionate and committed Principal Consultant to grow our practice.
Position Summary
A Principal Consultant’s role demands excellent project and client management skills and He/she is expected to possess substantial subject matter expertise. The ability to lead internal efforts to complete complex CXO level consulting mandates with a sense of urgency needs to be balanced with the ability to manage a set of extremely demanding stakeholders, clients and candidates.
The role encompasses:
1. Managing and Delivering an aggressive Revenue Target
2. Providing insight, market intelligence and counsel regarding industry verticals
3. Managing search mandates from inception to completion - Develop search strategy, target profiles, candidate pipeline and competency vetting process for execution of CXO/ searches.
4. Client Engagement & Experience enhancement -Drive quality. Personal accountability for project success and client satisfaction. Building the signature “Stellar” customer experience.
5. Being a sought after thought leader on talent in a given industry vertical
